Engineering & Reverse Engineering

We have the knowledge and skills to help with difficult engineering topics or for example the remanufacturing of old/broken parts. Using a CAD program, we can generate 3D and 2D drawings. We also have 3D printing and 3D scanning technology. This allows us to quickly reverse engineer components and develop a better version of the original. See some examples below:

Volvo S60 Challenge

Race Engineering

Using our 3D scanner, we have made a digital copy of a Volvo S60 Challenge front bumper. To make this bumper fit properly, we are now designing, among other things, widened fenders.

3D Printing

With our 3D printer we can quickly bring new designs to reality. This allows us to validate designs well before they are manufactured from metal. It is also possible to print parts that are directly for definitive use from, for example, from PETG CF.

3D Scanning

Hydraulic pump

We use our 3D scanner for many purposes. The hydraulic pump here is scanned for reverse engineering.
